| About Alice...
Alice Nelson is an Australian writer who has spent several years living and studying abroad. She studied creative writing at the University of Western Australia and in the renowned Master’s program at the City University of New York in Manhattan.
Her award-winning short fiction has appeared in journals such as Southerly and Westerly and she has been awarded residential fellowships at the Dorset Writer’s Colony in Vermont, La Muse Writers’ Centre in Languedoc in the south of France and at Varuna The Writers’ House in the Blue Mountains.
Alice lives in Perth and is currently working on a second novel.
